We’re Looking for an Office Manager

We’re looking for an Office Manager to look after our new office in Battersea

Job Title: Office Manager

Salary: £40,000.00

Location: Battersea

Hours of work: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

What You'll Be Doing

As an Office Manager, you will:

  • Deliver an exceptional visitor experience, including welcoming guests and ensuring they are introduced to the appropriate staff.
  • Maintain the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings for managers, presentations, and general site use.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing post, including accurate recording and distribution.
  • Handle customer e-billing enquiries received via email and forward them to the relevant staff.
  • Operate a busy switchboard, directing calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with the preparation of ID card requests for Security processing.
  • Place and manage stationery orders for the business.
  • Report any site issues or defects to the Facilities Team.
  • Support the local management of ISO 14001 & ISO 27001 standards, with potential expansion to additional accreditations.
  • Oversee car parking facilities on site.
  • Manage office equipment to ensure it is maintained and operational.
  • Provide support to the IT Team for on-site duties.
  • Assist with the local management of fire safety and evacuation procedures.
