Office Manager

Executive Assistant & Office Manager (Part-Time) Hybrid | 3 Days per Week | £35,000–£45,000 (Pro Rata)

Are you the person who keeps everything running smoothly?

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Office Manager who thrives on organisation, enjoys variety, and takes pride in making things happen behind the scenes.

This isn’t a traditional PA role. It’s an opportunity to become the operational heartbeat of a growing business—working closely with senior leaders while supporting sales, marketing, events, and office operations. If you’re proactive, commercially aware, and love bringing order to a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect next step.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a pivotal role in:

  • Supporting senior leadership,
  • Coordinating high-profile networking events,
  • Managing office operations, and
  • Helping deliver an outstanding experience for colleagues, clients, and business partners.

No two days will be the same. One day, you could be:

  • Managing executive diaries and preparing board papers,
  • The next, organising a business networking event or coordinating suppliers,
  • Or helping welcome new team members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
