About Us
We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues.
Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.
The Role
This role goes beyond day-to-day operations. It is about shaping the in-office experience, bringing energy to our culture, and ensuring every employee and visitor feels the Two Circles spirit from the moment they walk through the door. You will provide flexible support across the business, playing a key role in keeping things running seamlessly while continuously evolving and enhancing the office experience.
This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days per week) and a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a highly visible and rewarding position within a fast-growing global company.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations
- Own and elevate the day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring a seamless, professional, and energising environment
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Coordinate office maintenance, health & safety, and facilities management
- Support onboarding logistics for new starters, delivering a best-in-class welcome experience
- Act as the face of Two Circles for visitors, deliveries, and general office enquiries, creating a warm and memorable first impression
- Manage the WeWork relationship on behalf of Two Circles

Culture, Engagement & Events
- Champion the Two Circles culture within the office, bringing energy, creativity, and passion to everything you do
- Upload and curate engaging content for office screens, keeping teams informed and connected
- Host regular office lunches, creating moments for teams to come together
- Drive cultural days, wellbeing initiatives, and global celebrations that reflect our values and global footprint
- Build strong relationships across teams, becoming the go-to person for booking and prepping for client and team meetings.
Administrative Support
- Provide high-quality administrative support across teams, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail at all times
- Manage internal office communications with clarity, professionalism, and a strong sense of tone
- Oversee the collection and distribution of post in a timely and organised manner
- Support and coordinate work experience placements, ensuring a positive and engaging office experience
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and printing to a high standard
- Manage meeting rooms and ensure all spaces are set up and maintained to an exceptional standard for internal and client meetings
- Support travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and logistics, ensuring a seamless experience
- Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings, ensuring thorough preparation and smooth execution
- Contribute to project-based work and initiatives led by the EA team and wider business
- Manage Leadership Team expenses and associated administration with accuracy and discretion
- Coordinate and organise staff gifting (e.g. new baby, bereavement, marriage), ensuring thoughtful and timely delivery
- Support the coordination of client Christmas gifting, working closely with the Brand & Comms team to deliver a high-quality and well-managed process

Requirements
- Previous experience in an office coordination, administrative, or similar role
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with a professional, approachable, and people-first style
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A collaborative, passionate team player who embodies a proactive, can-do attitude
