We are looking for a highly organised, professional and personable Office Manager to join a highly respected and well-established property business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of a busy office. Supporting the leadership team with a blend of office management and PA responsibilities, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
If you're a natural organiser, an excellent communicator and someone who enjoys taking ownership, we'd love to hear from you.
What's on Offer?
- Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 with OTE £40,000
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (No weekends)
- Office-based role - No hybrid or remote working
- Team bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office and support the wider team
- Provide executive and diary management support to senior leadership
- Manage enquiries, calls and shared inboxes, ensuring excellent customer service
- Coordinate financial administration, invoicing and reporting
- Manage office supplies, facilities, systems and day-to-day operations
- Produce property brochures, manage listings and ensure all marketing materials are accurate and professionally presented
- Oversee social media and marketing activity, maintaining consistent brand standards
- Maintain CRM records and support staff with best practice and system usage
- Ensure compliance with AML, GDPR, Health & Safety and industry regulations
- Organise company events and assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff administration
- Manage document control, filing systems and property administration

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, PA or Senior Administration role
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, approachable manner
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Able to work independently, use initiative and support a busy team
- Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience within property and/or financial administration, marketing, social media or recruitment support would be an advantage
