About the Company
Our client is a highly respected, fast-paced professional services business operating within the recruitment and talent solutions sector.
With an established reputation and ambitious growth plans, they are seeking an experienced Office Manager & Executive Assistant to support senior leadership while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy, high-performing office.
Experience within the recruitment industry is essential - if your profile does not clearly display this, your application will not be taken any further.
The Opportunity
This is a varied, hands-on position combining Office Management, Executive Assistant support, and Events Coordination. The role requires someone who thrives in a busy environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is confident supporting senior stakeholders while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a professional, efficient, and well-maintained working environment.
- Liaise with landlords, building management, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Proactively identify and resolve office maintenance and facilities issues.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, stationery, refreshments, and inventory.
- Coordinate office moves, workspace changes, and office improvement projects.
- Maintain office Health & Safety standards, including Fire Marshal responsibilities and first aid procedures.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services.
- Maintain accurate records of company assets and equipment.

Events & Engagement
- Organise and coordinate internal and external events, meetings, networking functions, and company initiatives.
- Manage event logistics including venues, catering, suppliers, travel arrangements, and presentation requirements.
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of events.
- Support the preparation of presentations, communications, and event materials.
- Ensure a seamless attendee experience from planning through to execution.
Executive Assistant Support
- Provide high-level EA support to senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders.
- Manage complex diaries and schedules across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, meeting packs, and presentation materials.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and associated logistics.
- Process expenses and maintain accurate records.
- Track key actions, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, handling confidential information with discretion.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have operated in a similar Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Operations, or Business Support capacity within a recruitment, staffing, executive search, or talent solutions business.
Essential Experience
- Previous experience within the recruitment industry is essential.
- Experience supporting senior leaders within a recruitment agency, executive search firm, or talent consultancy.
- Strong understanding of the fast-paced and deadline-driven nature of recruitment businesses.
- Proven experience managing office operations and executive support responsibilities concurrently.

Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:30
- Friday: 09:00–16:00
- Flexibility required to support occasional events and business activities outside normal working hours.
