Office Manager – Prime Central London Estate Agency

Location: Kensington

Salary: £30,000 basic + commission

OTE: circa £40,000

Job Type: Full-time permanent

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our Kensington estate agency office on a full-time basis. Supporting a premium residential business, this is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly and professionally.

This role is a great fit for an experienced administrator or office manager with property, estate agency, or professional services experience, who pays close attention to detail, has a polished style, and is proactive.

The role

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the Kensington office. You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, supporting compliance processes, and ensuring the team has everything needed to deliver an outstanding client experience.

  • Manage the daily running of the Kensington office to ensure a seamless, professional environment in line with premium brand standards
  • Provide administrative support to the estate agency team, including diary management, meeting coordination, client documentation, and marketing materials
  • Oversee reception, visitor management, and client hospitality
  • Obtain AML documentation from landlords and carry out AML checks using Thirdfort
  • Send terms and conditions to clients
  • Maintain digital filing systems, document retention, and confidentiality protocols
  • Create new property instructions and manage remarketing activity
  • Book new marketing materials
  • Check key compliance documentation including GSCs, EPCs, EICRs, landlord licensing, and Land Registry
  • Manage and update online portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket
  • Support teams in delivering exceptional client service at all times

About you

  • Proven experience in office management or senior administration
  • Background in property, estate agency, or professional services is highly desirable
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Calm, professional, and confident under pressure
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
  • Strong team player, able to work with different personalities and styles
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Desirable experience

  • Knowledge of the London prime property market
  • Experience using property software or CRM systems such as RADAR
  • Understanding of estate agency operations and compliance requirements

Salary and benefits

  • Basic salary: £30,000
  • OTE: circa £40,000
