At Reds10, we are redefining construction for the modern world. We design, build and deliver buildings — from homes and schools to hospitals and essential infrastructure. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our London Bridge office. This is a busy and varied role where you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming, efficient and well-maintained workplace, while supporting senior stakeholders and helping to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Office Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management of the office environment, facilities and support services, including:
Office & Facilities Management
- Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors and service providers.
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and planned preventative maintenance schedules.
- Ensuring high standards of office presentation, cleanliness and workplace amenities.
- Supporting office space planning, seating arrangements and internal moves.

Administration & Operational Support
- Managing the company information inbox and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Overseeing office and kitchen supplies, including stock control and ordering.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and document distribution.
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are ready for use.
- Answering and directing calls via the main company phone line.
- Conducting office inductions for new starters and managing locker allocation.
Senior Leadership & Executive Support
- Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with meeting coordination and logistics, including Board meetings.
- Assisting Directors with scheduling meetings and coordinating attendees.
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements where required.
- Providing holiday cover for the Group CEO, including diary management, travel coordination and meeting support.
- Supporting the Executive Assistant with the planning and delivery of company social events.
Budget & Cost Control
- Monitoring office-related budgets and expenditure.
- Ensuring cost-effective purchasing and supplier management.
- Producing regular expenditure reports for management review.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently.
- A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Experienced in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional, discreet and trustworthy.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.
- Experienced in administration, office management or facilities management (desirable).
