Office Manager – Aesop, L’Oreal Luxe

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be the heart of our Aesop London office, ensuring a streamlined, efficient, and highly professional environment. You will be instrumental in cultivating our unique culture and delivering an exceptional experience for our employees and visitors.

Office & Facilities Management

  • Implement and maintain office procedures
  • Manage facility maintenance and security
  • Oversee reception functions to ensure the office operates flawlessly

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Coordinate internal communications
  • Organize monthly meetings and social events
  • Foster a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere that reflects the Aesop brand identity

Administrative & Budget Support

  • Provide key administrative support across teams
  • Manage budgets for travel and events
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Stakeholder & Supplier Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, building management, and internal teams
  • Ensure seamless service and collaboration
