Our Client

Our client is one of the UK's leading technology distribution and services businesses, fast-growing, genuinely international, and run by people who care about doing things well. They're looking for an exceptional Office Manager to sit at the heart of the CEO's office and help keep the group's most important priorities moving.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

This isn't a traditional office manager role. You'll work directly with the Group CEO and Director of Group Transformation, preparing board presentations, analysing business performance, researching strategic opportunities and making sure key decisions get followed through.

Day-to-day, that might look like:

  • Building presentations for board, investor or executive audiences
  • Researching markets, competitors and strategic opportunities
  • Analysing financial and commercial data and presenting clear findings
  • Briefing the CEO ahead of key meetings and engagements
  • Tracking decisions, actions and project progress across the group
  • Submitting award entries and supporting wider communications

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
