About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and provide administrative support across the business in a fast-paced, growing environment. This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing administrative support across all departments. The successful candidate will coordinate office facilities, company purchasing, fleet administration, HR processes and business operations, while supporting managers with key people processes and ensuring internal systems and procedures are maintained efficiently.

Administration Management
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office and provide administrative support across the business.
- Support managers with recruitment administration, onboarding, probation reviews and quarterly performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate holidays, absence records and other HR administration.
- Manage company purchasing, including office supplies, stationery, uniforms and equipment.
- Arrange company travel, including hotels, rail travel and other business bookings.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and increase efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with all departments, providing a proactive and solution-focused approach to business support.
Facilities/Fleet Management
- Manage the company's fleet administration, including MOTs, servicing, repairs, insurance, road tax and vehicle documentation.
- Maintain records for employees using their own vehicles for business purposes, ensuring insurance, MOTs and driving licence checks remain valid.
- Coordinate company mobile phones, IT equipment and telephony requirements, including joiners, leavers and supplier liaison.
- Oversee company credit card administration and monitor expenditure in line with company procedures.

About You
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator or Business Support role.
- Experience supporting HR administration, including onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to work across all levels of the business.
- Experience coordinating suppliers, facilities or fleet administration would be advantageous.
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
