About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to become the hub of our workplace operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and enjoys creating a welcoming, efficient, and well-organised office.
As the go-to person for all office-related matters, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace while supporting employees, visitors, vendors, and leadership teams. This is a fully office-based role, requiring attendance five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Administration
- Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related enquiries and support.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including candidate communications and assessment logistics.
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Manage meeting room bookings for interviews, recurring meetings, and ad hoc events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier arrangements.
- Coordinate maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and coffee machines.
- Monitor office supply levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Support internal teams with workplace coordination and operational requirements.

Workplace & Facilities Management
- Maintain organised, clean, and well-stocked kitchen and communal areas.
- Manage office refreshments and supplies, monitoring expenditure against budget.
- Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are fully equipped and presentable.
- Act as the main point of contact for building management, maintenance issues, and facilities-related matters.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers, including cleaning and office services.
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and enhance the workplace experience.
Employee Experience & Events
- Support the planning and delivery of employee events, team activities, and office celebrations.
- Coordinate catering arrangements for meetings, team lunches, and special events.
- Assist with the setup and clear-down of meetings, workshops, and company gatherings.
- Help create a positive and engaging workplace culture by supporting employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Workplace Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused approach to work.
- Confident liaising with employees, visitors, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office, and other business systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
