Office Manager
Location: Maidenhead Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Our client proudly supply, hire and support a wide range of industrial, agricultural and forestry machinery across the UK. As their business continues to grow, they are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to become a key part of their team.
This role is incredibly varied and combines office management, personal assistant support and sales administration wrapped up into one, making it ideal for someone who enjoys no two days being the same.
You will be at the heart of the business, ensuring the office runs smoothly while providing support to the Managing Director, management team, sales and customers.
- Coordinating meetings and managing diaries
- Preparing customer quotations and supporting sales administration
- Overseeing the day to day running of the office
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Welcoming visitors
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Maintaining office supplies
- Ensuring company records and documentation are accurately filed and maintained

You will also assist with sales office administration by:
- Preparing quotations
- Logging tender opportunities
- Producing professional documents and presentations
- Matching invoices with delivery documentation
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks

Attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise a varied workload are essential.
We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, enjoys taking ownership of their work, and is always willing to lend a hand wherever needed.
Prior experience in an Office Manager, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Sales Administrator role would be advantageous, along with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
