We're looking for an Office Manager who'll be the heartbeat of a fast-moving, high-performance team, the person who keeps everything sharp, everyone looked after, and the energy high. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the day-to-day running of the office, creating an organised, efficient and welcoming workplace
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, maintaining employee records and coordinating training
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries while supporting managers with people processes and ensuring HR compliance
- Supporting finance activities, including processing invoices, managing expenses, reconciling company cards, assisting with payroll and liaising with external accountants
- Managing office budgets, supplier relationships and purchasing to ensure the business operates efficiently and cost-effectively
- Coordinating company facilities, equipment, IT support, office supplies and health & safety requirements
- Organising team meetings, company events and initiatives that help create a positive and engaging workplace culture
- Reviewing, improving and implementing processes, policies and systems that support business growth and operational excellence
- Providing administrative support to the leadership team, helping priorities stay on track and projects move forward
- Building trusted relationships across the business and becoming the go-to person who keeps everything running behind the scenes
