Office Manager – Renfrewshire
MM Search are delighted to be working with a growing business based in Renfrewshire who are looking to appoint an organised, proactive and capable Office Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a developing business, taking ownership of administrative processes and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day administration
- Handling incoming telephone and email enquiries
- Preparing and issuing customer quotations
- Tracking quote conversions and follow-ups
- Maintaining customer records and databases
- Processing invoices and supporting bookkeeping activities
- Administering payroll using Xero Payroll
- Supporting VAT return preparation
- Maintaining organised filing systems
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
- Supporting directors with reporting and administration
- Identifying and implementing process improvements

Experience Required:
- Previous administration or office management experience
- Experience using Xero
- Payroll and VAT administration experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Desirable Experience:
- Social media experience
- Website management experience
- CRM experience
