Office Manager – Renfrewshire

MM Search are delighted to be working with a growing business based in Renfrewshire who are looking to appoint an organised, proactive and capable Office Manager to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a developing business, taking ownership of administrative processes and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day administration
  • Handling incoming telephone and email enquiries
  • Preparing and issuing customer quotations
  • Tracking quote conversions and follow-ups
  • Maintaining customer records and databases
  • Processing invoices and supporting bookkeeping activities
  • Administering payroll using Xero Payroll
  • Supporting VAT return preparation
  • Maintaining organised filing systems
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Supporting directors with reporting and administration
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements

Experience Required:

  • Previous administration or office management experience
  • Experience using Xero
  • Payroll and VAT administration experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Desirable Experience:

  • Social media experience
  • Website management experience
  • CRM experience
