Are you an experienced admin individual seeking a new challenge in mental health?
Do you have experience managing staff?
We are seeking 3 full time Office Managers to join our CAMHS service. You will be based within the CAMHS MHST/GH Service at Raglan House in Oxford or the GMH South team in Abingdon, and will be responsible for the provision of effective and efficient admin support to the clinical teams and admin staff.
The role is integral to ensuring the service is well organised, compliant with processes and operationally effective. This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced and dynamic service. It will suit an individual who is adaptable, highly organised and motivated by contributing to service improvement.
You will join a professional, supportive and approachable team that values collaboration and recognises the importance of a positive working environment in delivering high-quality care.
The Office Manager will work closely with the Team Manager to support the ongoing development of the service and administrative systems.
The role offers a range of learning and development opportunities, including involvement in service development projects and initiatives. The post holder will also have the opportunity to build professional networks across the Directorate, gaining a broader understanding of how mental health services are delivered across Oxfordshire.

You Will Be:
- Responsible for the day to day management of the administration and reception team.
- Responsible for supporting the with operational and administrative matters where required.
- Maintain an administrative system for referrals/ discharges to and from the service.
- Act as a point of contact to queries and calls.
- Liaising with patients and families, GPs, other agencies and professionals as appropriate.
- Development of working relationships with other agencies and referrers to improve the accessibility of the service to patients and families.
- Producing notes of meetings, setting up meetings, preparing agendas, ensuring that a bring forward system of paperwork is maintained to ensure correspondence/information is available for meetings.
