Permanent | Part Time | 25 hours per week
Hill West Primary School is seeking to appoint an organised, proactive and highly professional Office Manager to lead our busy school office and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our school.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills to join our friendly and dedicated team. As the first point of contact for many visitors, parents and external agencies, you will help ensure that every interaction reflects our welcoming and inclusive school community.
Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leaders, you will oversee the efficient operation of the school office, managing administrative systems and processes while providing high-quality support across a wide range of school functions.

We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience of leading or managing an office or administrative team.
- Is highly organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates a professional, calm and approachable manner.
- Has strong IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office applications (experience of school management systems is desirable).
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and data protection.
- Enjoys working as part of a team and is committed to providing an outstanding service to pupils, families and colleagues.
