We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-paced and growing PR agency, who are looking for an Office Manager to become the lynchpin of their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager who enjoys creating an exceptional workplace experience while supporting the wider business across operations, HR administration, events, and culture. Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll play a key role in ensuring the office runs seamlessly while contributing to business improvement initiatives and a positive team environment.

Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Central London
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full-time | Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in the office – Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Salary: £30,000–£35,000
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a senior administrative role
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, and supplier relationships
- Experience supporting HR administration, onboarding, and company benefits
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance operational priorities and longer-term projects
- Experience coordinating company events, travel, and internal communications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident in improving processes and ways of working
- Ambitious, curious, and eager to make a meaningful impact within a growing business
