C&C Search is currently recruiting a temporary Office Manager for a fast-paced global professional services firm based in Central London, offering an excellent hourly rate, a high-impact role, and the opportunity to lead a key office transition and support with key events starting immediately.

Position: Office Manager (temp to FTC)
Salary: £19.23–£24.04 per hour DOE (£40,000–£50,000 annual equivalent)
Hybrid set up: Office-based, 5 days per week (8:30am–5:30pm, 40 hours)

Key responsibilities for this Office Manager position
- Lead and support an office move, including fit out, IT set up and vendor management
- Act as the central point of contact for all office operations and stakeholder coordination
- Manage relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure seamless delivery
- Organise team socials and company events, including a full week-long event schedule (some evening support required)
- Balance competing stakeholder needs while confidently pushing back and prioritising effectively
- Implement and improve office processes to drive efficiency and enhance the workplace experience
- Ensure the office environment is professional, welcoming, and fully operational at all times
What background and experience are the company looking for
- Proven experience as an Office Manager within a professional services environment
- Strong experience managing office moves, including fit out and IT coordination
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience planning and delivering office events and social activities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive, personable and professional approach with a strong office presence
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and make an immediate impact
