We are seeking to recruit an experienced part-time Office Manager reporting to the Managing Director.

A flexible working pattern is available, with suggested hours 9:30 – 14:30, which is negotiable.

Through growth, we’re looking for someone who will be an integral and valued member of our small successful team, overseeing administrative functions related to sales support, operating processes, financial processes, and office management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate office administration and supporting the team effectively. Key responsibilities will be using various systems to manage the order process life cycle of new hardware, licensing, telecoms, and mobile orders while maintaining accounting records and bank reconciliations.

Specific Tasks include:

  • Order Processing
    • Raise purchase orders and place orders with suppliers
    • Provision new SIM cards and internet connectivity, keeping customers informed
    • Arrange shipments to customers
    • Customer invoicing and purchase order reconciliation, 2 monthly invoice runs
    • Invoice queries
