For the right person, this role will grow significantly with the business. If you want a job where you’re genuinely valued, genuinely stretched, and genuinely having fun along the way — read on.
Who We Are
Strive is a high-performance recruitment agency partnering with early-stage Tech Vendors across the globe. We’re in an exciting phase of expansion — building the infrastructure required for serious, long-term growth — and we need the right person in our corner to help make it happen.
We’re a team of good, ambitious, collaborative people who work hard and have a lot of fun doing it. We learn together, we win together, and we celebrate together.
The Role
You’ll sit at the intersection of operations, marketing, finance, reporting and culture — making sure the business runs efficiently and continues to scale in a structured, professional way across our UK and USA offices.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
