Office Manager Opportunity – Boutique Advisory Firm
C&C Search is currently recruiting for an Office Manager role within a high-growth boutique advisory firm, offering substantial benefits, clear progression paths, and a collaborative environment.
This position presents a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, ambitious team, working full-time in the office with the chance to grow into an Operations Manager over time.
Position
Office Manager – Supporting a growing team in a hands-on capacity, with scope to evolve into an Operations Manager over time.
Salary
£40,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience)
Flexible working: Hybrid setup – 4 days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities
The Office Manager role involves:
- Managing day-to-day office operations, including meeting rooms, IT, supplies, and facilities.
- Supporting office set-up, systems, and process improvements.
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and external vendors.
- Acting as front of house, greeting visitors and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Supporting internal events and wider business operations.
- Adopting a proactive and hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven experience in an Office Manager or operations-focused role.
