Office Manager

Office Manager | London | Up to £40,000 DOE

We’re looking for a standout Office Manager to take the lead in a fast-paced London office and showroom environment, home to a portfolio of global apparel, footwear, and accessory brands.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who knows how to keep an office running seamlessly, create an exceptional guest experience, and bring energy, polish, and precision to every detail.

You’ll own day-to-day office operations, front-of-house, meeting room and showroom coordination, catering, supplier management, events support, onboarding, budgets, and senior leadership admin.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years’ office, workplace, or facilities management experience
  • A background in fashion, retail, showroom, hospitality, or multi-brand environments
  • Strong organisation, confidence, pace, and attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset
  • A polished, personable, hospitality-led approach
