Job Opportunity: PA/Office Manager
Upper Lea Valley Integrated Community Team is looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic PA/Office Manager to join the team based at Hoddesdon Health Centre. Working on a full-time basis, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and office management support, contributing to the efficient delivery of high-quality community services.
Proposed Interview Date: 30th July 2026*

- Has strong administration experience
- Confident and experience in line managing
- Confident note taker and communicator at all levels
- Can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Communicates with compassion, professionalism, and clarity
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Enjoys developing teams and improving ways of working, including embedding digital innovation
- Confident to manage and conduct staff training sessions and produce training guides
