Summary
Do you have experience of providing programme and office mobilisation delivery expertise on a complex office mobilisation and public sector headquarters opening programme?
This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading UK public sector organisation, in delivering the mobilisation and readiness of its new headquarters in North East Scotland and satellite offices, including successful coordination of the HQ opening programme and associated delivery workstreams. The consultant will ensure activities are effectively planned, coordinated and delivered to support operational readiness and the formal opening programme.

- experience delivering project or programme management within complex environments
- strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- excellent organisational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail
- experience managing risks, issues, actions and delivery dependencies
Key Services
The key services that you will be asked to provide are:
- leading the office mobilisation plan and coordinating programme milestones and dependencies, including the formal opening event
- coordinating delivery across estates, contractors, Integrated Corporate Services and corporate functions
- managing RAID logs and supporting programme governance activities
- overseeing logistics and delivery planning for the headquarters opening programme and associated public events
- producing delivery reporting, briefings and progress updates for senior stakeholders
- providing on-the-ground mobilisation and delivery support as required
Mandatory Requirements
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:
- previous experience managing public events
- experience supporting project or programme delivery in complex environments
- experience managing actions, risks and delivery tracking
- ability to work at pace whilst managing competing priorities
- strong judgement, discretion and confidentiality
- BPSS clearance as a minimum with eligibility for, or ideally holding, UK Government Security Clearance (SC)

Optional Requirements
It will also be advantageous if you have:
- current UK Government Security Clearance
- PRINCE2 Foundation, APM PFQ or equivalent project management accreditation
- previous experience supporting public sector office mobilisation programmes
