We operate across a number of verticals, and we’re looking to expand those verticals to cater to demand in the UK. Get Licensed is a fast-paced technology business at heart (the majority of our team are developers or tech wizards), and we are at an exciting stage of our business, having tripled since 2020.
We have ambitious plans to significantly scale our existing business, broaden our product suite, and continue to grow profitably revenue year on year, with a clear roadmap of how we will get there.
Role Overview
This role is for someone who enjoys being the person who holds things together — you'll be the go-to for admin, document processing, and event logistics, supporting the wider team three days a week, Tuesday to Thursday.
What we are looking for
Processing
- Scanning and uploading DBS certificates and qualification documents
- Preparing and sending application packs to local councils on behalf of learners
- Tracking submissions and chasing outstanding paperwork
- Maintaining accurate records of all processed applications
General Office Administration
- Managing day-to-day office admin tasks including filing, printing, and data entry
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the right person
- Ordering office supplies and keeping the workspace tidy and well-stocked
- Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks as needed

Events & Bookings Support
- Assisting with the organisation and logistics of company events
- Booking meeting rooms, venues, and travel arrangements
- Coordinating RSVPs, attendee communications, and event materials
- Supporting on the day of events where required
What We're Looking For
- Organised and detail-oriented — you don't let things fall through the cracks
- A clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
- Reliable and punctual — this role needs someone the team can count on
- Friendly, professional, and happy to get stuck in with a wide variety of tasks
- Previous office or admin experience is helpful but not essential — a great attitude matters most
Nice to Have
- Experience with document management or processing (e.g. DBS, certificates, council applications)
- Familiarity with event coordination or logistics
- Experience in a training, education, or regulated industry
