Office Roles- Future Recruitment Talent Pool
Office Roles- Future Recruitment Talent Pool Department: Office Roles Employment Type: Full Time Location: England
Description This is an application to join our talent pool and be considered for future office roles with Rocksteady, not an application for a currently existing job. Rocksteady Music School is the UK’s largest rock and pop school. We teach fun and inclusive in-school band lessons to primary age children. Our mission is simple: to amplify children's self-belief and remove barriers to music education. We’re currently in thousands of schools in the UK, teaching over 100,000 children every week – and we’re growing fast. Our offices in Hampshire and Birmingham are home to our central functions teams. From there, we all play our part in supporting our band leaders to reach as many children as possible with their lessons. We are a community of music lovers using our individual talents to help give children the self-belief to succeed. That’s what gets us out of bed in the morning.
It’s an exciting time to be part of Rocksteady! We’re growing rapidly, and that means we’re always keen to connect with like‑minded people who could be the perfect fit for one of our future office roles.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
