Office Services Assistant - (Global Law Firm)

London | Full-Time | Professional Services Environment

A leading law firm is seeking an Office Services Assistant to join its London Office Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in mailroom, reprographics, facilities support, or office services who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

As part of a close-knit team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office support services, delivering a first-class internal customer experience while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and distribute incoming and internal mail, including regular mail rounds.
  • Coordinate domestic and international courier services, tracking shipments and handling deliveries.
  • Process outgoing post, including recorded and special deliveries.
  • Respond promptly to email and telephone service requests.
  • Provide reprographics support, including printing, binding, lamination, document production, and digital copying.
  • Maintain office printers and copiers, including paper replenishment and toner replacement.
  • Order and manage stationery and office consumables.
  • Liaise with engineers and suppliers to resolve copier and equipment issues.
  • Support records scanning, document management, archiving, recycling, and confidential shredding.
  • Assist with conference room set-ups and ad-hoc projects as required.

About You

  • A reliable and proactive team player with a positive, service-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the business.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Flexible approach with willingness to support the team during busy periods.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
  • Previous experience within a mailroom, reprographics, records management, facilities, or office services function is highly desirable, ideally within a professional services environment.
