Office set up: Office based, working hours 8.30am – 5pm

The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:

We're looking for an experienced Office Services & Facilities Lead to take ownership of our facilities operations across the Littlefish Group while leading our front of house teams to deliver an exceptional workplace experience.

Based at our Nottingham HQ, you'll be the go-to person for everything from facilities compliance and building improvements to workplace standards, visitor experience and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll lead by example, working closely with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure our offices are safe, welcoming and running efficiently, whilst providing guidance and support to front-of-house teams across the Group.

You will:

  • Lead our front-of-house team across the Group, setting high standards for service delivery and customer experience.
  • Take ownership of facilities operations across all Littlefish locations.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, fire safety and workplace regulations.
  • Manage facilities suppliers, contractors and service providers.
  • Oversee building maintenance, compliance schedules and certification requirements.
  • Lead office improvement projects from planning through to completion.
  • Act as a key point of contact for facilities audits, security and access control.
  • Manage facilities budgets and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
  • Provide deputy support to the Executive Assistant & Facilities Manager when required.
  • Travel occasionally between Littlefish locations.

What you bring:

  • Previous experience leading or managing facilities, workplace services, office operations or front-of-house teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, workplace compliance and facilities best practices.
  • Experience managing suppliers, contracts, budgets and building-related services.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve issues before they become problems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational delivery.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • The ability to lead by example, support your team and drive high standards across multiple locations.
