Office Services Operator
Salary: £26,227.50 per annum plus company benefits
Location: Newport, South Wales NP10 8UH
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shifts: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday with 1 hour unpaid lunch break, working between core hours of 8am to 5pm
Work model: Fully onsite
Williams Lea seeks an Office Services Operator to join our team!

Purpose of Role
The role of the Office Services Assistant is a key position in providing services to our client and reporting to the Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal with all functions of Mail services, sorting, scanning, distributing around the office within SLA's.
- Dealing with all incoming Special, Signed for, tracked, Hand deliveries and courier deliveries.
- Dealing with all outgoing post, collecting from around the office, booking on systems.
- Deal with day to day queries from the inbox and liaise with the client.
- General maintenance of copiers.
- Assist with other tasks within the Office Services team.

Personal Attributes
- Previous reception/telephonist/customer service experience.
- Well presented, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong customer focus.
- IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Ability to plan ahead and anticipate problems.
