Location: Queen Alexandra Hospital Salary: £10,108 - £10,990 per annum (pro rata for 15 hours/week) Contract: Permanent Working Pattern: 09:00–17:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays (flexibility may apply)
Job Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Supervisor (NHS Band 3) to join our friendly and efficient admin team. In this role, you will provide essential support to Anticoagulant Nurse Specialists and the Antenatal/Neonatal Screening Service, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of nine administrative staff, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Work alongside the Admin Manager, covering deputising duties and annual leave.
- Maintain high standards of administrative and clinical support in alignment with Trust policies.
- Promote a safe, efficient, and positive working environment for colleagues.
- Meet deadlines for records, patient correspondence, and team tasks.

Requirements
Experience and skills sought include:
- A solid educational background (GCSE-equivalent standard).
- Healthcare or customer service experience (preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamworking abilities.

- A reliable, flexible, and proactive approach toerse delivery.
