We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in business administration while gaining valuable workplace experience and a nationally recognised qualification.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining and organising electronic and paper filing systems
- Ordering stationery and office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of invoices
- Using Sage and eGizmo systems to process sales and purchase information
- Updating and maintaining accurate business records and databases
- Supporting colleagues with general administrative tasks as required
- Handling customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations to ensure the smooth running of the business
