We are looking for two enthusiastic and resilient individuals to join our team as Office & Team Support Specialists. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated, career‑driven people who want to play a central role in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

About the Role

As an Office & Team Support Coordinator, you will be the hub of our operations - ensuring the smooth running of daily activities and acting as the first point of contact for colleagues, clients, and partners. You will be trusted to handle calls confidently, manage schedules, and provide essential support that keeps the business moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
  • Coordinate office operations, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and general administration.
  • Provide proactive support to managers and colleagues, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Travel plans - including looking at how this will effect someone's diary, booking in travel time, taxi's etc.
  • Maintain high standards of organisation and attention to detail across all tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture where resilience and initiative are valued.
