Job Description
Freeman Community Primary School
Address: Stowupland, Stowmarket, Suffolk IP14 4BQ
Salary: £30,024 - £33,699 per annum pro rata (£24,055 - £27,00 actual salary)
Hours: 33.75 hours per week, 40 weeks per year, 8.15am – 3.30pm, Monday – Friday (term time plus PD days and an additional 5 days)
Contract: Permanent, required to start September 2026

Freeman Community Primary School is looking to recruit an experienced, passionate, and motivated individual to fulfil our Office Manager role.
You will have:
- Excellent communication and IT skills including use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent literacy, numeracy, and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- The ability to prioritise work using your own initiative
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- A good understanding of the need to maintain professional confidentiality at all times
- The skills to be flexible and a team player
- Experience as an Office Manager, ideally in a school environment, is desirable.
