A Bit About Wonderbly
Wonderbly is the world's leading personalised book company, with millions of books sold across more than 200 countries. We make unexpectedly special books to read over and over again and keep forever.
We're a team of writers, designers, technologists, marketers, operations, finance and product thinkers who care about what we make and we currently have three active brands - Wonderbly, Historic Newspapers and Plucky Books. We're based in a beautiful office in Bloomsbury London with a hybrid working culture.
We're looking for a kind, supportive, pro-active, master multitasker to take on the office manager role. The work of the office manager covers a range of admin, IT (alongside our external IT support!), pastoral care, event organising and everything in between - generally making sure that everything runs smoothly and productively.
Historically, our office manager profile has been quite unique -we always had someone pursuing their creative career in music, acting and more. We offer support and flexibility so you can juggle between a job that pays the rent while having enough time to dedicate to your creative work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
