We are currently looking to recruit an Ofsted Registered Manager to join our new Children's Home on a permanent basis. Our facility provides specialized residential care for children with autism, learning and physical disabilities, brain injuries, and complex needs.
This is a new home which will be opening soon. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to work within a challenging yet exciting fast-paced position delivering the highest standard of professionalism for our clients.

Our enduring experience has cultivated a culture of empathy within our staff who care for children from the age of 7 and continue to provide support through the transition phase in our 16+ semi-independent living services and Outreach services for young people aged 18+
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate passion and commitment to excellent care and quality, both in terms of service delivery and in terms of outcomes for young people.
- To successfully register the facility with Ofsted.
- As the registered manager, ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures and all regulations and standards at all times.
- Comply with Safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times and promote an honest and open culture.
- Develop the staff team’s knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices and processes.
- Actively promote a culture of high performance.
- Demonstrate strong and effective leadership and people management at all times.
- Inspire, motivate and build a highly skilled and engaged workforce with a strong commitment to nurturing staff potential and developing skills.
- Ensure that resources, including staff, are effectively deployed to optimize service delivery.
- Demonstrate excellent communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Be accountable for effectively managing financial performance and for meeting and, where possible, exceeding agreed targets.
- Lead a culture of continuous improvement and development with a strong focus on best practice.
- Promote a learning organization culture and commit to personal and workforce skills’ development.
- Proactively seek opportunities for innovation in order to maintain sustainable and resilient business.
