Service Manager - Ofsted Registered
Location: Chorley, Lancashire
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Our client, a reputable organisation dedicated to supporting young people, is hiring for a passionate Ofsted Registered Service Manager to oversee three supported accommodation sites in Chorley. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support for up to 30 young people aged 16-24, ensuring safety, compliance, and positive outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the quality, safety, and performance of services across multiple sites
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards and Supported Accommodation regulations
- Lead, develop, and motivate teams through effective recruitment, coaching, and safeguarding practices
- Maintain accurate records and manage budgets to balance financial sustainability with excellent person-centred care
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and community partners
- Drive continuous improvement through audits, service reviews, and quality assurance activities
- Support young people to develop independence and confidence in a nurturing environment

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager within supported accommodation or similar settings
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, statutory frameworks, and Ofsted regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams
- Confident communicator who can support, challenge, and inspire
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage change
- Experience working with young people and managing multiple sites
