Your mission

Hello and welcome to Sungrow UK - we’re excited to introduce an opportunity for someone who loves structure, teamwork, and keeping operations running smoothly. As our O&M Intern, you will support the daily coordination and documentation behind our service activities while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-moving clean energy environment.

  • Organize and maintain service tickets, making sure all information is accurate, complete, and clearly documented.
  • Prepare, distribute, and track project documents to support smooth operational workflows.
  • Maintain maintenance plans and keep them updated so they reflect ongoing site activities correctly.
  • Support data collection, reporting, and document review to help the team stay informed and well organized.
  • Follow up with internal teams on open actions and deadlines to keep tasks moving forward.
  • Maintain project trackers and operational records while providing general administrative support to the Operations team.

  • You are confident using Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office package in your daily work.

  • You can manage several tasks at once and stay reliable when deadlines are tight.
  • You are proactive, dependable, and happy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Your English is at C1 level, and Chinese at B2 level or above would be a plus.
