On Board Host
On-Board Host for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Manchester Station
Pay Rate: £13.65 per hour plus commission Hours: Full Time (39 hours) Shifts: Rotational shifts between 4:30am and 11:30pm, flexible across weekdays, weekends, Bank Holidays and public holidays

Requirements & Attributes
- Must be 18 years or older (due to shift restrictions and responsibilities). -Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within Retail, Leisure & Hospitality is ideal.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including long hours and varied shifts.
- Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
As an On-Board Host at TransPennine Express (TPE), your role includes:
- Providing ‘at seat trolley service’ on TPE trains while ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Managing stock and handling financial transactions independently.
- Assisting passengers on assigned trains, meeting sales targets, and adhering to contractual goals.
- Accurately accounting for stock and transactions, maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Supporting management initiatives with a credible and professional approach.
