On Board Host – East Midlands Trains (EMR) – Sheffield Station

Rail Gourmet UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an On Board Host for East Midlands Trains (EMR) at Sheffield Station.
Job Details
- Hours: Full-time permanent (40 hours/week)
- Shifts: Varied between 6 am and 10.00 pm, including some weekends
- Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour, plus commission
- Training: Full training provided. No experience required.
About the Role

As an On Board Host, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing passenger experiences across East Midlands Trains.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be expected to:
- Provide ’at-seat trolley service’ on EMR trains, offering outstanding customer service, managing stock, and conducting transactions.
- Travel on assigned trains, assisting passengers while working independently to meet sales targets and contractual goals.
- Accurately account for stock and transactions, while adhering to hygiene and safety standards; support management initiatives.
- Perform Service Centre duties as required, including engaging with passengers, providing customer information, and assisting with diverse needs.
