On-Call Counsellor

Job Summary:
We are seeking flexible on-call counsellors to cover for our regular staff at short notice. You must be ready to step in at the last minute and work at any of our three sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support students during activities and excursions.
- Ensure student safety and well-being.
- Lead and engage students in various recreational activities.
- Provide pastoral care and address student concerns.
- Assist with administrative tasks and record-keeping.

Position Details:
- Location: In-person teaching at either Oxford, London or Cambridge.
- Duration: Contracts range from one day to up to 8 weeks.
- Schedule: Variable hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Person Specification:
- Essential: Experience working with young people.
- Desirable: First aid certification, experience in a residential or camp setting.
- Attributes: Enthusiasm, flexibility, excellent communication, and organisational skills.
