We are currently seeking an On-Premises Distributor to work directly on customer sites, distributing company-owned garments and equipment to designated areas and on-premises lockers, and collecting soiled items ready for return.

This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The Role

As an On-Premises Distributor, you will be responsible for managing the movement of garments and equipment on customer premises, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering clean garments to individual lockers and designated storage areas
  • Collecting soiled garments from bulk collectors or skips for return
  • Identifying garments requiring repair or exchange and reporting accordingly
  • Completing all required paperwork accurately and passing it on through the appropriate channels
  • Maintaining good working relationships with customers on site
  • Identifying opportunities to expand the business and reporting these to management
  • Undertaking ad-hoc duties as required to support service delivery
