On-Premises Distributor
We are currently seeking an On-Premises Distributor to work directly on customer sites, distributing company-owned garments and equipment to designated areas and on-premises lockers, and collecting soiled items ready for return.
This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery and maintaining strong customer relationships.
The Role
As an On-Premises Distributor, you will be responsible for managing the movement of garments and equipment on customer premises, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering clean garments to individual lockers and designated storage areas
- Collecting soiled garments from bulk collectors or skips for return
- Identifying garments requiring repair or replacement and reporting accordingly
- Completing all required paperwork accurately and passing it on through appropriate channels
- Maintaining strong working relationships with customers on-site
- Identifying opportunities to expand the business and reporting these to management
- Undertaking ad-hoc duties as required to support service delivery
