On-Site Plumber
Plumber
Location: HMP Lindholme, Doncaster (DN7 6EE) Salary: £30,866 – £36,135 + 15% weekend allowance Hours: 39 hours per week
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 07:45 – 16:45
- Weekend rota (1 in 3): 07:45 – 15:15
- Included: On-call rota

The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Plumbing maintenance across the site (reactive and planned work)
- Mains water repairs and fault finding
- Inspections, water sampling, and compliance work
- Identify and repair faults on equipment
- Provide support to the wider FM team as needed

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating

Desirable Experience:
- Experience in maintenance (commercial/legislative/transport preferred)
- Legionella awareness (knowledge of health risks)

Must-Have Personal Attributes:
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, practical, and able to work as part of a team
Additional Requirements
Full Prison Security clearance and Standard DBS required. Full support will be provided by Amey.
