Responsibilities
As an On-Site Plumber, your duties will include:
- Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance.
- Repairs to mains water supply systems.
- Fault finding, diagnostic work, and equipment repairs.
- Conducting water sampling, inspections, and risk assessments.
- General maintenance and making-good works to keep systems running efficiently.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing & Heating (minimum requirement).
- Commercial plumbing experience (essential).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Basic Legionella (L8) knowledge (desirable but not mandatory).
Additionally:
- Successful prison security clearance level and standard DBS check (required, supported by Amey).
