Position
Plumber
Hours & Work Pattern
- Monday – Friday: 07:45 – 16:45
- Weekend rota (1 in 3): 07:45 – 15:15
- On-call rota included

The Role
As On-Site Plumber, you’ll carry out the following core responsibilities:
- Plumbing maintenance (both reactive and planned)
- Fault finding and repairs for mains water systems
- Conducting inspections, water sampling, and compliance work
- Identifying and repairing faults in equipment and fixtures
- Supporting the wider Facilities Management (FM) team as required

Requirements
Essential
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating (mandatory)
- Experience in maintenance (preferably commercial or similar industries)
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Legionella awareness training
Security & DBS Clearance
- Prison Security Clearance and Standard DBS Check required
- Full support provided by Amey for clearance processes

- Strong teamworker with problem-solving skills
