£30,866 – £36,135 + 15% weekend allowance
39 hours per week
Shift Pattern
- Mon–Thurs: 08:00–17:00
- Friday: 08:00–16:00
- Weekends: 08:00–15:00 (1 in 3 rota – paid at +15%)

The role
Hands-on plumbing role working across a large, secure site. You’ll be part of a maintenance team keeping systems running safely and efficiently.
Key Work Includes
- Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
- Working on mains water systems and pipework
- Fault finding, repairs and replacements
- Water checks, sampling and compliance tasks

What we’re looking for
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing & Heating (essential)
- Experience in maintenance (commercial or similar)
- Full UK driving licence
- Legionella awareness (ideal but not essential)
- Able to work as part of a team in a secure environment
