Role: On-site Staffing Coordinator & Workforce Planning Analyst
Location: The Christie Private Care, Manchester
Part time – 18.75 hours per week on site
Permanent
Salary – £31,500 Pro-rata + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)
We’re looking for an On-site Staffing Coordinator & Workforce Planning Analyst to join our Workforce Planning and Temporary Staffing team based at The Christie Private Care. This team plays a vital role in ensuring the hospital has the right people, in the right place, at the right time to deliver outstanding patient care.
Working closely with operational and clinical leaders, the team uses workforce planning tools, scheduling systems and data insights to drive productivity, optimise staffing levels and support workforce decisions across the hospital.
As a key member of the team, you’ll act as a local expert for the Facility Scheduler system while supporting workforce planning initiatives through reporting, analysis and stakeholder engagement. Combining operational coordination with data-driven decision making, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence workforce performance and contribute directly to the smooth running of one of the UK’s leading private hospitals.

What you’ll do:
- Act as the first point of contact for Facility Scheduler, staffing and workforce planning queries across the hospital
- Support the administration and maintenance of the Facility Scheduler system, including user access, organisational updates and system audits
- Analyse workforce and productivity data using Power BI and other reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Deliver training and ongoing support for managers and colleagues using workforce scheduling systems
- Work closely with departmental leaders to review staffing requirements, productivity metrics and workforce plans

What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience within Temporary Staffing, workforce planning or healthcare staffing operations
- Experience using Facility Scheduler or a similar workforce management system
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Power BI or other reporting and productivity tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including basic to intermediate Excel proficiency
