On Trade Sales Intern
Sales Internship – On Trade Sales (MH UK)
About the Role
Our Sales Internships offer an exciting opportunity to explore our brands and MH UK, providing critical support to the On Trade Sales Team. This dynamic role begins by focusing on the meticulous planning and logistical execution of customer visits to our Champagne, Spirits, and Wine Maisons.
As the role develops, your responsibilities will expand to include:
- Daily sales support
- Comprehensive administrative tasks
- Assistance with events Setting the team up for success in line with company guidelines
This position is a full-time internship with strong potential for long-term growth within the on-trade sales team.

Job Responsibilities
Initial Focus: Maison Visit Logistics & Planning
- Oversee 70+ Maison visits annually across Champagne, Spirits, Wine Maisons, from planning to execution.
- Manage communications, bookings, and coordination with Maisons, sales teams, and customers.
- Track costs and maintain internal reporting for Maison visits.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential logistical issues.
- Oversee Maison-related email correspondence and internal platform updates (e.g. BHE).
- Ensure compliance with spending guidelines and hospitality expenses.
- Champion Maison trip policies with the sales team as required.

Evolving Focus: Daily Sales Support & Administration
- Assist with point-of-sale ordering and free stock distribution as needed.
- Support the organisation and execution of ad-hoc events, including Maison visits to the UK market.
- Maintain the On-Trade toolbox—keeping systems, templates, and resources up to date.
- Provide general administrative support to twice-daily sales tasks.
Systems & Tools Support
- WebCycle: Manage invoices, payments, and track errors.
- Retail / Ariba: Handle purchase order requests for the Sales & Commercial Development Team.
- Salesforce.com (Aspire): CRM tasks, ongoing updates, and surveys.
- Excel: Master the Maison Trip Master Planner.
