Position

Our Sales Internships are a fantastic opportunity to discover our brands and MH UK. This role provides critical support to the On Trade Sales team, focusing initially on the meticulous planning and logistical execution of customer visits to our Champagne, Spirits, and Wine Maison’s. As the team's needs evolve, the role will transition to provide more comprehensive daily sales support, including broader administrative tasks and event assistance, ensuring the team operates efficiently and in alignment with company guidelines. This position is an internship with potential for long-term growth within the on trade sales team.

You will be rooted in the craft, heritage, and savoir-faire behind our Maisons, while making a tangible commercial impact from day one. With regular feedback, development conversations, and tools like CliftonStrengths to help you discover your natural talents, you will be supported to grow and to feel a genuine sense of belonging to a community built on craftsmanship, creativity, and excellence.

Please note that all our internships are full-time roles and you must have the right to work in the UK.

Job Responsibilities

Initial Focus - Maison Visit Logistics & Planning

  • Oversee the end-to-end logistics and planning for over 80 customer visits annually to our Champagne, Spirits, and Wine Maisons.
  • Manage communications, bookings, and coordination with Maisons, sales teams, and customers.
  • Track costs and maintain internal trackers related to Maison visits.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to ensure smooth execution of all visits.
  • Manage email correspondence and platform updates (e.g., BHE) related to Maison.
  • Ensure trips and requests align with company guidelines and are compliant with hospitality expenses / general T&E.
  • Confidently communicate and uphold company Maison trip policies with the sales team when necessary.

Evolving Focus - Daily Sales Support & Administration

  • Support sales administration, including point-of-sale ordering and free stock ordering when required.
  • Assist with the organization and execution of ad-hoc events/ support the sales team with Maison visits to the UK market.
  • Contribute to the organisation and maintenance of the On Trade toolbox.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, ensuring they remain organised and on track.

Systems and Tools Support

  • Support the sales team with data management in the following systems:
    • WEBCYCLE: Invoice and payment management Tool, with document checks in case of erroneous invoices.
    • RETOOL /ARIBA: Support the sales team & commercial development. function with ad hoc requests to raise purchase orders.
    • SALESFORCE.COM (ASPIRE): CRM Tool, with ongoing updates/surveys.
    • EXCEL: Maison Trip Master Planner Excel.
