Onboarding Administrator – 6 Month FTC
Salary – £27,850 per annum
We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Onboarding Administrator to join our Group Compliance team. You'll play a key role in ensuring contractors are onboarded efficiently, compliantly, and within agreed service levels, delivering a seamless experience for candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process onboarding checks and documentation within agreed SLAs.
- Issue contracts and onboarding paperwork to candidates, clients, and payroll partners.
- Support compliance requirements for regulated and security-cleared placements.
- Liaise with candidates and consultants to progress onboarding activities.
- Manage contract extensions and amendments.
- Identify and escalate compliance risks where necessary.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the onboarding journey.

About You
- Experience in onboarding, recruitment administration, HR, compliance, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within recruitment is desirable.
- Confident working with HR, recruitment, or onboarding systems.
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
